COVID-19
In consideration of the updated CDC and ADA guidelines, we have implemented new precautions and additional sterilization.
New Protocols:
In keeping with the current CDC and ADA guidelines, we have made the following changes:
-
Upon arrival please remain in your car and call our office to check in (801-785-2631). The front door will be locked, so an assistant will come to your car when we are ready for you.
-
We will take your temperature and ask screening questions before escorting you into the building. If you have a temperature of 100 degrees or more, and/or if you meet any of the above criteria, you will be asked to reschedule. We may also ask that you be tested for Covid-19.
-
Patients should come alone. Our waiting room is closed. Drivers and other guests will be asked to stay in the car. (*Minors may have 1 guardian present.)
-
Appointments have been staggered to ensure limited exposure.
-
If you have a mask, please wear it until we are ready to begin treatment.
-
You will be given hand sanitizer and will be asked to wash your hands before and after receiving treatment.
-
Before beginning treatment, you will be asked to rinse your mouth with mouthwash.
-
You will be given protective eye wear before beginning treatment.
-
Pens and clipboards used by patients will be sterilized between each use.

Our practice strictly adheres to and exceeds the standards for infection control by wearing personal protective equipment, using hospital-grade disinfectants, practicing the latest sterilization protocols, utilizing single-use disposable materials, and more. Every effort we have in place is to ensure the safety of our patients and staff. We want you to know that we are monitoring this situation very closely, and we will keep you updated regularly.
